inside my lipstick pouch

Warning : I think this topic is a bit controversial. Ignore this post if you have PMS.

Lol. This friday is the day we all have been waiting for. Since there's only one subject this semester..which is Integrated Marketing Communications aka. IMC, this is the only mess we need to clean up for this sem. After much research, meetings, consultations and hard work, this friday is when we all are supposed to present our parts!Well, I think my group had done a fabulous job (perasannya,lol) One problem though is that I'm always out of clothes and don't the attire is good enough. The amount of my formal clothes is quite little and I tend to re-wear some of them when I present. But I don't really like to be so formal when I am to be formal. Is BORING...Is it really have to be black/white/beige, long sleeve button down, pencil skirt..., the standard formal wear..u get what I mean. Or maybe students in UTAR are THAT boring.? I really sorry if I offended any UTAR student ==' . I'm offending myself too then. :P

Why not try something new for presentation? We all eventually have to face clients when we're out of the uni and let's face it, in this field (mass comm, PR, advertising, events..), LOOKS MATTER. The world is unfair, when it is to be chosen between a fashionable, knows how to dress, presentable and OK OK looking girl with someone who wears normal formal wear ( imagine RM50+ formal long sleeve in black, white, beige) , no make up and actually beautiful person, who would you choose to work with? See, I'm not trying to say that if one is not beautiful, you can't be beautiful...all you need is a little effort =)

Heels, according to someone I work with before, whenever we're meeting with clients, it is most appropriate if we wear a 3-inch or higher high heels. I know! I cant hard walk in one but am practicing, lol. It tends to make a person look more confident =)
