Recap the missing part of my life

Warning: Seriously long post. In fact, the longest entry in my entire history of blogging. :P

I'm sorry I'm been putting off myblog for quite some time :(

I'll try to blog more in future,huhuhu.

Hmmm, wat's to update in my life?

Okay, let's update from July. LoL.

July is the month of my bird-day.

We did the ordinary and unordinary stuff (-_-'')

So baby and I went to 1u (he wanted me to select my own present,lol)

then we headed to the curve and dined at Bubba Gump (cool place!)

Right after dinner, we went to The Laundry for Rainforest Festival

There were a few amzing group performing that night

My bird-day ended by me feeling fluffy, happy and a year older *sob sob*

Owh forgot to mention another bird-day boy's birthday

The day before my birthday, baby and I went to Yuen for steamboat

Hmm wat else happened in july?

oh yes. As from the previous post, I was very sick all the time

I recovered from a fever, then the fever came back again after less than a week

So, I thought I was diagnose with H1N1 +_+

Actually, I was just scaring myself all the time

Ended up my fever slowly faded away after 4 or 5 times of repeated fevers.

At least I felt so much better now :D

Let's zoom to August 09 now.

August is the month I've been looking forward to since my graduation

because of my CONVOCATION !

I had a great convocation on 08.08.09!

My parent, him, sister, grandmaaaa, friend and cousin + bf attended my convo

Grandma graduated!

On the same night, my cousin was having her wedding shower

We had buffet dinner at her house

Lots of relative come including those from Singapore, Penang.. (ok fine, furthest was from Singapore :P)

After the wedding shower , we (cousins+bfs) went to Cueball near Ampang point for pool games :)

We played for a few rounds then we went downstair's Old Town Coffee for chit chats before we headed home

The next morning, I went to the bride's house for the tea ceremony

I got to witness how the "heng tais" (brothers) got bullied before the groom get to see the bride,lol

We snapped lots of pictures, shared lots of laughters and received ang pows from the newly wed couple :)

After the bride followed the groom back to his place, we snapped more pictures then only headed back home to prepare for the wedding dinner!

Besides that, nothing interesting happened in late august. What to do. My life is boring. bah :P

Han Dong's farewell n birthday dinner

Last saturday, we went to Delicious for Han Dong's farewell and birthday dinner

This dinner was very last minute and I wasn't dress up at all,lol

I think I was the worst dressed in the whole restaurant T.T

Anyway, Han Dong went to Indonesia and then will head back to Korea

Who off the lights?

I'm sorry I haven't been updating this blog :(

I've been very very very hectic with all the assignments!!!

Last week and this week are the deadlines for most of the assignments!

Well, 2 more weeks till the end of my last semester

I don't get to be a student anymore :( :( :(

No more student privileges :( :( :(

Anyway, anyone off their lights on last last Saturday???

Hehe, I didnt get to

But I'm still a proud because I was working for an Earth hour event

It's always great to be working with X2 as a part timer :)

The client is "i Berhad"...and the event was held at i City

I went there pretty early without getting lost,lol

I'll explain more with the photos I took :D

The other crews were setting up the stage

The weather was freakin HOT HOT HOT!!!

We decided to stay in "Orange Cafe" for a while

The cafe really have lots and lots of oranges!

We were all starving until our MD got use McDonald for lunch :)

Then,we had a short meeting at around 4 plus when the sky started to pour HEAVRY HEAVY rain!

Lucky enought, the rain stopped at around 5 plus, phew!

People started coming in at around 5.30pm

A very great band called "Pick Up Symphony" from IMU

One very great thing about this event is that ALL THE FOOD ARE FREEEEEEEEEEE~!

Seriously, which event you've been to is free, rare rite?

They even have great food like ...

...KAJANG SATAY!!!

They also have an Eating Competition..and guess what ?!

It's Nandos Eating Competition! ... -_______-

I really wished I wasnt working on that day :(

Besides the Band performances, We also had lion dance...

and more performing artist!



At around 8.15, me and some other crews started giving out glow sticks to everyone.


By 8.25, Marcus (Emcee/ DJ) gathered everyone around the stage

We all started counting down...

countdown...

*poof*....all the lights went off besides the LCD

Then, the representative from WWF starting giving speech

Next, it was the CEO of i Berhad


All the crew just stayed back stage, don't dare to move too much because it was dark ,lol

Even the entertainers also stayed still ,HAHA

We were camwhoring in the dark

I took this opportunity to imitate the clown

When I was nearing 9.30pm, we all gathered around the stage again, to countdown for the light to turn back on

I didnt manage to capture 60 :(

After the light were on, a lof of people either started to head home or get more supper

We crews finally managed to eat some hot steamy nasi lemak after all the work was done

And we camwhore again before we all pack and head home

It was a fun and tiring day at work.

11pm plus only manage to reach home

hmm...I'll make sure I turn off the lights at home if I am at home next year

and maybe start a ghost story telling gathering :P
